Khula is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO 933035214) with the South African Revenue Services and can issue Section 18A certificates in terms of the South African Income Tax Act.
Khula can issue level 1 BEE certificates in terms of the Broad-Based Black Empowerment Amendment Act, 2013 of South Africa.
