Body Sense Work: Proprioception Power
Engaging a child's proprioception (body sense) helps calm and focus them for learning. Activate muscles and joints with activities like wiping tables, stacking chairs, and sweeping. Wall push-ups or carrying a heavy backpack can also prepare kids for productive learning.
